2-2 TECHNOLOGY FOR OBTAINING BVEP BASED ON ORDINARY MARKS OF CEMENT AND USING NOVOANGREN GRES SULE-UNNESS
Abstract
This article discusses modern approaches to the production of high-performance cement composites (HPC/BVEP), which have been developed in industrially developed countries. Criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of concretes, including strength, durability, low permeability and technological properties, are given. The classification of high-strength concretes is presented, as well as the results of experimental studies using Portland cement M400 from the Akhangaran plant, fly ash from the Novoangrenskaya GRES, sand, crushed stone, and superplasticizer S-3. The physical and mechanical characteristics of the components and the design principles of compositions for achieving operational reliability of structures are described.
Keywords. high-performance concretes, HPC (High Performance Concrete), BVEP, superplasticizer C-3, Portland cement M400, fly ash, high-strength concrete, durability, water-cement ratio (W/C), workability, permeability, aggregates, concrete classification, modifying additives.
