Abstract

The article substantiates the necessity of introducing high-strength concretes into the construction industry of Uzbekistan due to the shortage of domestic M500 and higher grade cement. An intensive concrete technology developed at TSTU using an activated binder with a modified ash filler (MZN), obtained by the joint grinding of ash with C-3 superplasticizer, is presented. A two-stage scheme for preparing a concrete mix using a high-speed mixer-activator is described. Optimal parameters have been experimentally established: the filling degree of MZN is 20 %, the C-3 dosage is 1.2-1.5 %, and the specific surface area of the filler is 4000-5000 cm2/g. It has been shown that the use of MZN reduces water demand by 20-25 % and increases the strength of cement stone by 80-100 % compared to unfilled one.

Key words.
