7.2 THE ROLE AND IMPORTANCE OF THE AXIOLOGICAL APPROACH IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL VALUES IN FUTURE TEACHERS.
Abstract
This article highlights the theoretical and practical significance of the axiological approach in the process of forming professional and personal values of future teachers. Axiology is considered as a methodological basis that serves to understand, evaluate, and consciously form a system of values in the educational process. The study analyzed the psychological and pedagogical mechanisms of forming such basic values as professional responsibility, pedagogical ethics, humanism, social activity, and the desire for self-development in future teachers. The role of effective pedagogical technologies and interactive methods that serve to strengthen students' reflexive thinking, motivation, and value-oriented competencies in the process of higher education is also substantiated. The results of the article show the growing importance of the axiological approach in the training of pedagogical personnel and suggest ways to form the personality of a future teacher as spiritually and morally mature personnel, faithful to professional values.
